The Lifeboat Fund 2009 Competition was won by Carole Bell from the Department of Social Development in Northern Ireland. Carole's prize is a tour of the state of the art RNLI survival centre in Poole including two nights' dinner, bed and breakfast in the onsite hotel where every room has stunning views of the sea.
